Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain contracts & quotations for accounts according to existing measures and meets defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Review quote attributes in CPQ to support New and Renew Business Sales Team
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Deal Management, Order Management and other key stakeholders for smooth order booking
  • Liaise between Sales Business Managers for complex deals clarification approvals and contractual agreements, manage complexity and have the knack to optimize work processes in a strategic and innovative fashion
  • Work with global stakeholders and exhibit strong customer focus, keeping up to date knowledge with product and service information and updates
  • Sales process analysis and design analysis - design and implement sales order workflows and process to achieve sales and operations objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Field Sales team
  • Experience in Project Management, Change Management and Risk Management will be an advantage
Qualifications And Experience
  • Education Required: Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education with 6-8 years total experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA, PMP and Prince 2 certifications is an added advantage
  • Ability to build meaningful dashboards with advanced MS Excel skills, Macros, PowerPoint and presentation skills required
  • Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
  • Ability to build relationships with Sales teams, sales managers and key stakeholders
  • Self-starter and a proactive can-do innovative attitude with reduced supervision
  • Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and escalations effectively
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to adopt towards process changes frequently
  • Track, report and maintain the daily process metrics
Technologies
  • Oracle Sales Cloud end user experience, CMT, Power BI and CPQ - Quoting tool
  • Advanced MS Excel, VBA, SQL basics

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in running activities within the Veritas Global Operations Team. This opportunity requires Sales Operations or Business Operations experience and is an extremely analytical role that requires you to articulate and develop detailed quotes in order to secure recurring new business opportunities. Interested applicants should be highly energetic, display strong analytical capabilities, should be goal oriented and can thrive in a sales environment. Candidate should begin to develop a strong knowledge base on several activities and products across the organization. Candidate should be able to work with moderate guidance. This candidate will begin to provide exemplary customer service to the Field Sales Teams. Candidate should be flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirement
