The Hitachi ABB Power Grids Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 900 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest engineering hub. The India Operations Centre is a key aspect of the Power Grids business Power Up transformation program. The INOPC team at Chennai supports Hitachi ABB Power Grid’s units in more than 25 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Power Grid business. To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 60 countries.
Your Responsibilities
- FCM File management.
- Administrating & Operating MS Team for the HUB.
- Support factories to increase the usage of MS Teams.
- Monitoring data quality & taking steps to improve the data quality.
- Supporting the sales operations team.
- Using of tools like – PowerBI, Advanced excel, SharePoint to create reports.
- Develop dashboard & reports for demand side and supply factories.
- Implementation of Configurators for the HUB.
- Providing training to users for SFDC.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
- 2-4 Years of experience, with a combination of engineering and/or Sales Operation/Analytics.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge in Salesforce, PowerBI, SharePoint.
- Proficiency with CRM and BI tool landscape.
- Excellent command over English and preferable if have knowledge of French language.
- True team player.
- Marketing and Sales acumen (with previous customer-facing experience preferably).
- Ability to perform data entry for proposals & orders using internal tools.
- Proven development and maintenance of positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job.
