Skills /competencies required 

·        Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science / software technology or multimedia

·        Working knowledge of the following tools / software in the PC environment

o  Web technologies (HTML / HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript)

o  Web 2.0 and Social Learning environment tools

o  Adobe Tools: Photoshop, DreamVeaver, Adobe Premiere (or other video editors)

o  SharePoint technology

o  Streaming video technology (i.e Windows Media server)

o  SoundBooth / Sound forge (or other audio editor)

o  Microsoft – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

o  Flash and ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0 are a plus

·        Understanding of latest technologies, languages and frameworks in the market

·        Good problem solving skills, including ability to proactively research and recommend appropriate new technologies

·        Creative / imaginative mindset

·        Eye for detail and strong focus on standards and quality

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills to work within international virtual teams

·         Well organized, self-disciplined and able to prioritize activities with good time management

·        Positive attitude, result orientated and able to work under tight deadlines

·        Ability to interact with / manage external vendors (design agencies)

Experience required

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in Web development & designing

·        Advanced Experience in multimedia development

·        Experience in working independently, as part of a cross-functional teams and virtual teams

·        Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

·        Experience in vendors management

·        Languages required:  English (bi lingual)
