Location-  Mumbai, 
Requirement
Age Group - 22 to 33 years (Max)
Education - Graduation or undergraduates if they have prior experience in the relevant field
Soft Skills - English + Hindi + Regional Language
Experience - 1 to 3+ Years
Industry - Pharma / OTC Products / FMCG
Chemist List - 1200+
Mobility - Should have 2 wheeler
Personal - Shall have some dependents in family
Good To Have - Knowledge of Retail store, Retail branding, & BTL Activities
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
Sales Target - 1.0 Lacs for 1st Month @ 20% MOM Growth & 2 Lacs/Month from 4th Month
Daily 20 Retail stores visit – Retail Chain + Mom & Pop Stores
Retail Store staff training on daily basis
Daily sales Order Generation from the stores
Checking on stock availability and products placement weekly basis
Customer camp engagement activity at 1 Store / Day
Exploring New Product Sales / Placement / Visibility Synergies
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Building and maintaining a weekly CRM database
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Attending weekly sales team meetings

QUALIFICATION- GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE/MBA


EXPERIENCE- 1 to 3+YEAR


SALARY- 20000
