As a sales recruiting sourcer, you’re directly responsible for helping us grow our mission of giving power back to the patient. Our competitive advantage is our people, and you’ll play an integral role in searching the market for talent that helps us build diverse, inclusive, and strong teams. If you love sales - are goal driven, and are an excellent communicator, you’ll love this position! This is a contract to hire role, with an initial term of three months.

Your day to day is…
- Onboarding! During your first three weeks, you’ll work closely with our sales recruiting team in the US on your training. You’ll need to be available from 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Pune time
- Closely partnering with our Sales Recruiting team to build a strong pipeline of sales and customer service talent
- Sourcing US based Sales Talent using a wide variety of tools: LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, university alumni resources and other creative search techniques
- Managing online postings via job boards to ensure a steady stream of inbound candidates
- Leveraging our Applicant Tracking System for passive candidates
- Regularly tracking, analyzing, and sharing pipeline and performance data with our recruiting team so that we can consistently iterate and improve upon our processes
You’d be successful in this role if you have….
- At least two years of experience sourcing passive and active US based candidates from top US based companies and startups. Previous start-up recruiting experience greatly preferred
- A deep understanding of the Sales Development Representative function & Sales industry
- Meaningful experience using LinkedIn recruiter, mastery of boolean search, and experience working out of an ATS. Greenhouse is a plus
- A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of ownership
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, sharp focus, and the ability to flourish in both independent and collaborative settings
- Wonderful communication skills. You’re not pushy, you develop good relationships, and get buy in from your stakeholders
- A passion for sourcing and helping build diverse and inclusive teams
- Comfort with basic funnel reporting and google sheets/microsoft excel
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace the unknown, and adapt to a quickly changing environment
