for the region & get it approved from L&D Head
· Impart regular assigned
trainings to sales force of the region Including:
· Class Room Training
· On the job Training
· Periodic feedback of
ongoing training Analysis & map impact of trainings done & calculate
ROI
· Ensure application of Sales
Training and sales promotion in the region.
· Prepare and Maintain
Training Data/ MIS of the region
· Prepare and Maintain
Trainig Budget of the region
· Report to L&D Head @
Head office for MIS and updates related to Training.
· Any other assignment given
by management from time to time. As per company's requirement.
· Excellent Communication and
Presentation Skill.
· FMCG/Retail Sales Training
Experience desirable.
· Hands on with Class room
training.
