Job brief: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek
out and engage customer prospects. What a Sales Representative Do? You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line
revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with
potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, conducting sales
presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with the business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability
and profitability
Streamline the sales process for manufacturing products to enhance efficiency.
Implement best practices to improve the overall workflow and increase sales productivity.
Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
Train the sales team on product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Collaborate with other departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to
ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Possess a technical understanding of manufacturing processes and products to effectively
communicate with clients and address their specific needs.
Required Skill Set:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional
relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Open to Travel for different states.
Proficiency in English, Kannada & Hindi
MBA/Post Graduate with the Specialization in Sales & Marketing.
