Job Description

Sales Representative – JD Job brief:  We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. What a Sales Representative Do? You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with the business goals. 
 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making. 
 Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 
 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling 
 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered. 
 Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability 
 Streamline the sales process for manufacturing products to enhance efficiency. 
 Implement best practices to improve the overall workflow and increase sales productivity. 
 Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. 
 Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team. 
 Train the sales team on product features, specifications, and competitive advantages. 
 Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues. 
 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 
 Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports 
 Collaborate with other departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products. 
 Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 
 Possess a technical understanding of manufacturing processes and products to effectively communicate with clients and address their specific needs. 

Required Skill Set:  
 Proven work experience as a Sales Representative 
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
 Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships 
 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales 
 Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills 
 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 
 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs 
 Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 
 Open to Travel for different states.  
 Proficiency in English, Kannada & Hindi 
 MBA/Post Graduate with the Specialization in Sales & Marketing.
