We were the Jobbers of M/s.General Motors (USA) covering spares of all GM Vehicles in India. After M/s.General Motors India Ltd. closed their operations in India, Conwest Pvt Ltd. was appointed as a Distributor of M/s.General Motors Overseas Corpn., New York, USA. Then came the economic upheaval; category of established importers was removed and the Company's import operations came to a close, however, the Company had also taken franchises of indigenous products and commenced active marketing of these brands.
