Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries and comments on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, as well as through email
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about our gold and diamond jewelry products, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally
3. Engage with potential customers through direct messages, comments, and other engagement tools to generate leads and build customer relationships
4. Call leads to provide further assistance, answer questions, and provide personalized product recommendations
5. Conduct video calls with potential customers to showcase our gold and diamond jewelry products and assist in the decision-making process
6. Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and meet individual and team sales targets
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide insights, suggestions, and feedback based on customer interactions and trends observed through online platforms
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to establish trust and credibility with customers
