Job Description

1 He needs to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 
2 He should be actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media 
3 He needs to hire and train 35-40 resellers for his team 
4 He needs to follow up and push resellers for meeting the entire team s sales targets 
5 He should be capable enough to resolve his team members real-time grievances
