reputed medical equipment distributor engaged in the import and distribution of
Medical equipment in India since the last 25 years. We are based in Bangalore
and are seeking energetic people to market our products amongst the healthcare
professionals, hospitals and medical colleges in the south of India in the
below mentioned cities on an 'IMMEDIATE BASIS':
We cater to the surgical fraternity & the
audiology segment in the medical industry (Doctors, Hospitals, Medical
Colleges, Government medical colleges, Neuro segments, Audiology centres Govt & Private)
providing them with cutting edge medical equipment to suit their surgical/diagnostic
needs.
Your Job responsibilities would be:
- To tour and generate sales/service in your assigned areas. Providing
relevant information to the technical queries raised by meeting doctors,
audiologists, Hospitals etc while promoting medical equipment.
- To promote the products of the company to specific Doctors/Hospitals /
Medical Colleges in the given territory
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to
tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
- Effectively communicating the concepts of all products on promotion
- Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
- Develop KOLs on the basis of business and clinical interests
- Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate a product’s demand
amongst the customers
- Service and
satisfy the existing customers for creating good reference points
- Ensure all behaviours are exhibited in the lines of Company’s vision,
mission and values.
- Focusing on updating one’s knowledge and skills.
- Effectively executing the plan agreed with
Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same
- Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
- Achieving sales
target assigned to your territory
- Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure
Business Professionalism & Integrity.
- Smart graduates
with a flair for sales.
The Desired Candidate Profile as follows: - Previous
relevant experience is required of 1-3 yrs
- Science
Background and an aptitude for Science would help the candidate.
- Knowledge
of the Healthcare industry/ medical products/ equipment / technologies
would be helpful.
- Fluency
in English and the local language is a plus for which location you have
applied.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Word /Excel/Powerpoint desirable.
- Willingness
to travel in the assigned geography to meet business needs.
- This
is a technical sales role which requires candidates to travel, meet new
doctors, hospitals, medical colleges.
- Should
be smart and presentable.
- Should
be sincere, honest and hard-working.
- Should
have a challenging attitude
