To support the Field Sales teams & Instrument service team in day-to-day operations and coordinate with al the stake holders in and outside of the organization for effective and smooth functioning of the Sales and service functions. Take care of all the documentation and record keeping Main Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for the following business / functional activities of respective India business unit: ▪ Back end service tool management and service coordination with field teams. ▪ Documentation – Providing Quotes, sales/ AMC Proposals, Agreements. Followup and collection of signed agreements, cheques etc., from field teams, documentation for customer master and order processing. ▪ Tracking and coordinating movement of goods from logistic to field teams for both invoiced shipments as well as demos, service parts and exhibitions. ▪ Maintaining records in an excel or any other applications from time to time including lead tracker, order tracker,sales tracker, outstandings tracker, service metrics etc., ▪ Preparing periodic reports for local as well as global requirements under the guidance of BH. ▪ Coordinating for service parts and consumables, reordering and tracking supplies of instruments/parts/cons.
