The Client Account Executive / Sales Support Role:

This CLIENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE & SALES/SUPPORT vacancy is a new role to help us develop and maintain relationships with our existing customers and to highlight potential sales opportunities to our sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:

+ Maintain regular contact with our existing customers

+ Identify new sales opportunities within our existing customer base

+ Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products and services

+ Ensure data accuracy and validity of customer data

+ Share market intelligence gained with the sales team

+ Ability to achieve sales target is VITALLY IMPORTANT

+ Must be Presentable with Professional Attitude

+ Spoken English (& Hindi ) IS MUST

+ Technical aptitude is a must

+ Excellent telephone mannerism

+ Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
