A Sales Specialist exhibits a high standard of company value to the customer. The executive does not only carry his mindset to sell the product, but also the smile which leaves the experience of 'friend for life'. His major role and responsibility are as follows:
1. He/ She should have an interest in direct sales of company products like Aqua guard, Vacuum Cleaners, Aero guard.
2. To attend field meetings with customers punctually and regularly.
3. Must file DAR (Daily Activity Report) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, Ph number, etc) and submission of daily sales report.
4. Must meet 20 to 25 new customers daily so as to have 4 to 5 appointments and demos on the same day. Also should be able to meet builders, architects, real estate agencies, etc. for building up the database.
5. Responsible for acquiring a business and achieving sales targets.
6. Establishing and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
7. Giving a demonstration to the customer on products. The executive should understand the technicality of the products before meeting customers.
8. Responsible for the collection of payments and outstanding from customers.
9. Ensuring the delivery of products to the customers with an acknowledgement from the customer.
10. Should show the quality of future leaders, and develop managerial skills using available resources.
