Job Summary:

Launch & grow your sales career with Aegis Elevators (Pune)! We seek a motivated and results-oriented sales specialist to join our growing team. Training provided (English not required). Thrive in a dynamic environment & build long-term relationships with clients in Marathi & Hindi, showcasing Aegis's industry-leading elevator solutions (residential & commercial).

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on Aegis's elevator products and their applications.
• Assist senior reps with lead generation & customer interaction (Marathi/Hindi).
• Develop communication & interpersonal skills.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations, highlighting Aegis's unique selling points.
• Gain valuable sales experience, contribute to reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Personal vehicle required for fieldwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience/training in sales (minimum 1 year for non-degree holders).
• Freshers welcome!
• Excellent communication in Marathi & Hindi essential.
• Interest in construction & willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team player mindset for long-term growth.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
