As Sales Support Engineer, you will be interacting with Customer using your communication and Technical skills, you will be taking care of complete sales support, you will be building cordial and long-lasting relationships with customers, in Electronic Industry.

Job Key Roles. 

Provide Technical Presentations to Customer.

Coordinate for Commercial and Technical Queries .

Provide post-sale Technical support.

Generate leads through various marketing campaigns.

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

Recording and maintaining client contact data.

Analyzing Technical Drawings and make proposals accordingly.

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.

Making Technical Presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.

Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product Education.

Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and Development Departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.

Requirements

The candidate should know how to communicate with customers at various levels.

Good communication and Technical skills. 

The candidate should have strong presentation skills.

The candidate should be proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi. 

Teamworking ability.

The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.

 The candidate must have their own transport and Driving license.

Independence and self-reliance.

Confidentiality Skills: and ability to maintain confidentiality. 

Make entries of the Invoices

Purchase Order and Payment Follow-up.

Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook & Excel.

Sourcing and Supply Chain Management

Import and Customs Clearance.
