sales Manager has overall responsibility for the direction and guidance of pre-sales,
lead generation/qualification, marketing and enquiry handling process. In
addition to this, he/she is also responsible for the end to end process for
consumables and services sales, expansion and fulfilment process. The broad activities
would include the following and other related activities:
1. Consumables and
Services business expansion and fulfillment
and Deliveries with the logistics team
and Customer Satisfaction
Services / AMC / consumables targets are met. ( with support from
Technical Services team)
2. Lead Generation
Manage the company’s lead
generation/qualification process and pass to relevant stakeholders for
