Hiring for Sales Team

- Work from the office 
- Making sales calls 
- in-bound and out-bound
- Answering customer queries on sales, property details, and availability
- Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Understanding customer requirements
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Fixing up appointments for client place meetings and explaining the project.
- Fixing up site visits for clients.
- Convincing them of property investment and its benefits.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience (preferred 1-year exp in real estate Tele-calling / Tele-sales
- Must have knowledge of internet usage, email, excel
- Experience in cold calling for real estate
