· Conducting Performance reviews.

· Recruitment of the new team member
· Retaining the Team Members to maintain the performance
· To work as per the instruction of the Senior Management as and when required
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Graduate in any stream and training in leading a team is an added advantage
· Proven work experience as a team leader or a supervisor
· In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
· Good PC skills especially MS Excel
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Organizational and time management skills
· Decision Making skills
