Job Description - Sales Team Leader

• High conversion percentage/Reducing conversion cost 
• Increase average client retention period
• Increasing average order price
• Sales orders capacity management
• Sales team client relationship monthly audit
• Client Feedback - Quality Tracking
• Team management
• Monthly reporting of sales department performance
• Improving processes and structuring department’s time management

Skill Requirements

• Must be proficient in English and Punjabi Language.
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Team management (Should have managed 5 people team size)
• Leadership (with minimum 2 years of TL experience)
• Process development
• Team management - roster making, interview, feedback, training.
