Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Should have good intellectual skills .
2. Should be able to control team .
3. Good communication skills required.
4. Meeting with clients virtually or doing sales visits.
5. Demonstrating and presenting products.
6. Responsibility for the day to day activities of your team
7. Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
8. Assist in the smooth running of the of the section and its team
9. Contribute to training and development of the team
10. Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans
11. Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
12. Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s sales strategy and general business planning
13. Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
14. Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
15. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
16. Interact and co-operate with the all members of the organisation and its suppliers and clients/customers
