11. Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
12. Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s sales strategy and general business planning
13. Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
14. Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
15. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
16. Interact and co-operate with the all members of the organisation and its suppliers and clients/customers
