Job Description

Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the sales team of 3 – 5 people in achieving monthly targets.
  • Ensures 100% team members meet or exceeds their overall KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction and experience, quality and productivity standards).
  • Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback performance
  • Ensures a positive work environment, continuous learning and a high-quality employment experience for the team
  • Applies timely performance management standards and processes
  • Day to day sales/service request management.

Desired Profile :

  • Prior experience in direct sales.
  • Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening.
  • Excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience.
  • Identifying persona and profile of a prospect.
  • Aptitude and attitude to sell.
  • Clear communication and proficient articulation.
