Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled sales telecaller to join our team at Macs Frontline Advisers Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales telecalling in loan products and a strong background or knowledge in various loan products. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to explain them regarding our services and benefits.
• Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions
• Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and loan products.
• Scheduling appointments and closing the deal.
• Maintaining records of calls and client interactions.
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
• Going the extra mile and meeting sales quota.
• Regular follow up
• Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with DSA or sales telecaller for loan or any similar role ( Fresher’s are also welcome)
• Knowledge or background in loan products is a mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving the monthly sales quota.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English is required.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
• Candidate to ensure and maintain confidentiality of the data and process.
•  Proficiency in MS Office.
