Job Summary:

As a Sales Telecalling Executive at CreditCares Loan Agency, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our loan products, and converting leads into satisfied clients. • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce CreditCares’ loan products and services.
• Lead Conversion: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our loan products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales.
• CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Experience in the loan or financial services industry is a plus.
