Job Title : Apprentice

Location : Kota, Jodhpur & Udaipur

Department : Trade Sales 

Reports to :

Area Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

The apprentice will learn and contribute to the primary & secondary sales of the distributors under his charge and ensures that relevant data is shared with HO team on a weekly basis. He/she should maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for achieving successful outcomes.

Main Duties and Functions:

· Ensure to complete the learnings and skill enhancement during apprenticeship tenure

· Handling primary and secondary sales of the assigned distributors.

· Achieving the assigned targets.

· Managing the assigned distributors and regularly monitoring their performance. Providing timely corrective measures (infrastructure gaps) as needed.

· Hiring, training and coaching of DSRs

· Ensuring distributors share sales Data with HO weekly

· Create, manage and follow up the market hygiene corners

· Ensuring customer and project database is up to date

· Ensuring adherence to Companies CODE of Business conduct

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the customers as well as medical team.

· Ensure “Work in safe environment” – WISE for self and team.

Job Specifications

· Education Background: BCom/BBA

· Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job: Good communication, planning and analytical skills, ability to efficiently collaborate with different stakeholders.
