SALES TRAINER
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
· Experience in a sales position is a plus
· Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
· Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
· Excellent organizational skills
· Solid communication and presentation abilities
· Any Bachelor’s degree or Relevant Education
· Additional certification in training is a plus
· Training Management

· Motivational Skills
· 1-3 yrs. of relevant experience with the salary range of 3LPA can be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
· Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
· Effectively and efficiently educate new and experienced employees on procedures and concepts and how to use available customer database
· Determine training needs by travelling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales result in reports; conferring with sales managers and develop individual results by providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources
· Follow the corporate and business unit design standards to prepare materials as well as to identify and analyse the learning needs (TNI) of staff to meet customer expectations and internal service standards
· Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques using digital material (e.g. Educational videos and case studies)
· Training support to be readily available for any immediate requirement with the routine job functions
· Updating the sales knowledge by participating in educational forums; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participate in sales conferences
· Identifying the problems in specific/designated areas towards performance and working towards resolving them
· Accomplishes sales and organization mission by the implementation of training to the employees as needed
· Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss on the SWOT
· Collect feedback from employees and managers about training courses and make sure the relevant feedbacks are considered
