Sales Trainer

Job description :

Trainer Job Summary :

- We are looking for an organized and experienced Sales trainer to join our team with relevant experience and passion to grow and explore.

As a Sales trainer in Sulekha, You will be :

- Responsible for delivering new hire training programme which will help our new hires feel more valued, better understand their role, and increase their productivity and performance

- Conducting skills gap analyses through Audits, Call observations & Assessments

- Preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session

- Conduct interventions or coaching session basis TNA

- Conduct Product & revival training sessions for new and current sales personnel

- For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity

Trainer Requirements and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field

- Certification from talent and training associations a plus

- Minimum Two (2) years- previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel),and instructional software

- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
