Impart regular assigned trainings to sales force of the region Including:-Class Room Training -On the job TrainingPeriodic feedback of ongoing training Analysis & map impact of trainings done & calculate ROI Ensure application of Sales Training and sales promotion in the region.Prepare and Maintain Training Data/ MIS of the region Report to L&D Head @ Head office for MIS and updates related to Training.
