Voice Process (Must be from the UK- US travel industry with sales experience).
> Minimum 1 yr experience in international UK Travel process (especially in the process).
> Handling inbound calls, converting them into sales.
> Follow up with the customers.
> GDS( Amadeus/ World span) experience is a must.
> Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation, and Vacation Packages, business packages to customers.
> Handling Post booking queries like seat assignment/baggage inquiries/date change/cancellations.
> Dealing with UK or US customers over the phone or email helping them to make the flight or hotel reservation.
> Follow up with the existing customers.
> Making reservations for flights and hotel reservations.
> Building rapport with the new customers and dealing with the existing customers.
