The Business Analyst role is to fully understand the information and automation needs of the stakeholder community within Patient Services. This understanding is the basis for their essential work which is to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and document the functional, non-functional, technical and overall business needs of stakeholders in the context of delivering IT services and solutions.
•Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and the project team.
•Communicate to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle changes and enhancements of business requirements so that issues and solutions are understood.
•Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project vision and scope.
•Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
•Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
•Articulate key risks, dependencies, and scope tradeoffs within and across functions – and effectively mitigate risks/tradeoffs by identifying and driving changes to approach, timeline, budget, or scope.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare or biotech industry.
•Strong understanding of business processes and functions, with an ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
•Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, with an ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
•Proven experience in the following areas: Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, Requirements , Definition and Management (including STTM),User Experience Design & Analysis, Demand Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Agile Methodology using Jira, creating Epics, and writing Jira Stories.
•Prior IT work supporting Medical or Commercial applications is preferred (Salesforce Classic, Health Cloud, Five9, Verint, Twilio, REMS)
•Prior experience inclusive of US healthcare / life sciences experience.
1. Experience working with a Salesforce implementation (preferably Health Cloud or Service Cloud)
2. Experience working on a project with onshore and offshore team collaboration including onshore
3. Proven success in a fast-paced agile project where requirements are documented as user stories that include sufficient detail for developers to work independently
4. Exceptional communication skills and willingness to reach out to stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the decision making process for inclusion
5. Experience negotiating with the stakeholders to determine best solution for the resources available.

•A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT)
•Preferred: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
