We are seeking a talented Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Quality Analyst you will be playing a critical role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. You will be responsible for creating detailed test cases, coordinating testing activities, tracking and documenting bugs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases to thoroughly validate the functionality of Salesforce applications.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure timely and efficient testing.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using appropriate bug tracking systems, ensuring their resolution.
Perform thorough regression testing to verify the stability and integrity of the Salesforce applications after bug fixes.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing Salesforce products, tailoring them to meet specific client needs and requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to understand system requirements and ensure that the testing aligns with the desired outcomes.
Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and test strategies, continuously enhancing the quality assurance process.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on Salesforce testing.
Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Should have Basic knowledge in salesforce admin.
Give the basic task of testing then check the improvement of quality.
Good Knowledge of Salesforce Environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
