Position Title: Salesperson

Job Summary: The salesperson is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling products or services to customers. This role requires effective communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
