Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with managing the salon's day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and overseeing salon cleanliness and organization
2. Assist in managing and motivating salon staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance goals
3. Help prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and inventory reports
4. Help with social media management and marketing efforts, including creating content and monitoring engagement metrics
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Assist with training new staff members and creating employee schedules
7. Attend management meetings and contribute to the development of salon policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Currently perusing or recently graduated with a degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Ability to work well in a team and take direction from superiors
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
7. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
