Responsibilities and Duties :

• Greeting every client and understanding her service requirement.
• Attending calls, generating appointments on software.
• Encouraging higher revenue for clients, meeting sales target.
• Managing salon staff, understanding them, retaining them.
• Maintain supplies by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Obtains revenue by recording or collecting charges
• Closing report by the end of the day and briefing it to the manager.
• Generating detailed sales and performance report every month and handing over to the manager.

Skills and Qualification requirements :

• Experience of 1-3 years
• Ability to lead.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop a good rapport with clients
• Ability to develop a good rapport with colleagues and fellow employees.
• Very customer centrist with professional behaviour.
