Main Purpose

Job Description

Primary focus would be to drive SAP – Business Wareshouse (BW) build for key projects. This would include development work within the SAP BW platform on SAP HANA, and other related technologies, with the responsibility of ensuring on time and on budget delivery; Satisfying project requirements, while adhering to enterprise standards. Role will drive key BW projects work, including innovation related initiatiaves (e.g. next generation of SAP capabilities like Embedded Analytics).

Accountabilities

Drive delivery of key BW projects within time and budget
Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability, performance and reuse
Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs
Partner with Business Relationship Managers, Architecture and IT services teams to develop and maintain BI best practices and standards along with appropriate quality assurance policies and procedures

Key Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field
4 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management
2 + years’ experience in Data Warehouse and ETL build and technologies, preferably in SAP-BW
Excellent remote collaboration skills
Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities
Experience dealing with multiple vendors
Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability
Advanced data modeling or database experience; experience with ER/Studio and/or Erwin modeling tools
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management
Proven experience in Data, BI or Analytics projects
Thorough knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills
Good understanding of PepsiCo business processes, data, and SAP environments
Good foundational functional knowledge in SAP
Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies
Ability to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentation
Ability to budget resources and funding to meet project deliverables
