SAP ETM (S4/ HANA) 

Job description & experience:

End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains namely, Logistics services, Oil & Gas services, contracting, equipment rental & Maintenance, Manufacturing & other relevant industry.

Good configuration knowledge of ETM based processes: 

 Improved availability and tracking of equipment  Manage the increasing administrative workload  Reduce handling and administration cost  Time-based Equipment Process  Time-based Equipment Process including 3rd Party Rental Equipment  Performance Based Equipment Process  Non-Consumable Material Process  Introduce most flexible prices and account determination  Optimize equipment utilization  Improve the visibility of profitability, TCO and return on asset and equipment

Hands on experience in customization / configuration of SAP ETM modules. 

Expertise in integration of PS with EAM, SD, MM, FICO, HR, PP, PM & other third party applications. Experience with SAP PS is an advantage.

Experience in working on Order management, Sales Pricing & Resource Related billing processes.

Experience in various ETM standard reports & Standard tables.

Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.  Must have experience on preparing Functional specifications for the technical customization requirements.

Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.

Should perform activities starting from requirements gathering to delivering the solution delivery as listed below. Should follow best practices and SAP functionality in system.  Requirement understanding along with business scenarios.  Conduct class room pilot sessions ( CRP)  Prepare solution design documentation.  Configure the solutions in CRP, UAT & live instances.  Prepare design document for customizations.  Provide development approach guidance to the developer.  Validate the completed development.  Test the full cycle of solution.

  Conduct user training sessions.  Perform UAT.  Review feedback & get changes done.  Perform data migration.  Prepare functional configuration document & handover.  Go live.  Prepare user manual /standard Operating Procedure document (SOP).

As an SAP S/4 Digital EAM Consultant you will assess, design and deliver a full end-to-end digital experience to our asset intensive clients for Enterprise Asset Management processes. You will use your SAP S/4 experience to collaborate with our clients in advising and ultimately transforming them into the new SAP era of intelligent assets.
