Should have excellent experience in SAP HCM implementation
Good experience in designing End to End solution Solutioning and Designing of the SAP HR Experience in dealing with PSU and Banking sector
Must-Have Skills Skills and Experience Extensive experience implementing SAP HCM PA OM Time Payroll Travel management Performance Talent Modules and ESS MSS with FIORI and HR renewals
Minimum 7 end to end implementation in the SAP HCM Modules Ability to lead and design solutions and follow up on completion of tasks by project team Ability to get into the depth of the solution
Should not be just a mere coordinator but act as a solution architect and use the SMEs consultants to build an integrated solution Expertise on designing a solution for SAP HCM with discussion with customer Sound knowledge in various SAP technologies Standard ECC as well as new dimensions Establish a robust mechanism for delivery and risk review management Should have good experience with PSU and Indian payroll Experience on SAP HCM integration with SAP FI and other SAP modules Knowledge on ESS MSS SAP Workflow with ESS MSS Sound knowledge on Info types Objects relationships India specific localization Roles and Authorization Data Migration Reports and ESS MSS Functionality respective to PA OM Design solutions data model and integration architecture for SAP HCM Payroll.
