Job Description:
- Key skills required for the job are: n SAP HCM Core-L3, (Mandatory) and SAP HCM Talent Management-L2,SAP HR Testing-L2, (Optional).
- As a Senior Configurator, you are responsible for configuring the product modules/solution as per proposed functional design and norms / Standards.
- You should be able to work independently on complex tasks and can mentor junior Configurators, serve as point of contact and handles all escalations.
- For Development projects, you should be able to review configured solution and maintain review logs, Co-ordinate development and testing activities.
- You should be able to build custom function module with low complexity programming logic.
- For Support projects, you should be able to handle all complex tickets/ issues.
Minimum work experience:
- 3 - 5 YEARS.Configuration of all SAP SLcM modules including ISR for Online Application, Audits, Correspondence ,Grading Progression, Post Processing Framework and Graduation.
- Experience of working on SAP SLcM related Fiori apps.
- Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops.
- UG education in any discipline.Good verbal and written and communication skills in English.
- Min. 3 years experience in SAP SLcM and 3 years of client facing activity.
- Min.1 full life cycle SAP SLcM implementation experience.
- Accountability for closure of all SAP SLcM related activities including but not limited to the following process: Academic Calendar, Academic Structure, Admissions, Registration, Student File, Correspondence, Module and Event Planning and booking, Examinations, Grading, Progression, Audits, Graduation, Student Accounting and CRM for SLcM.
- Activities for which candidate was accountable include but not limited to the following: Collecting and finalizing all business requirements from the customer.
- Preparing Business Blueprint.
- Ability to independently configure all processes of SAP SLcM.
- Identifying custom developments, prepare functional and technical specification,Testing documents,Unit and Integration Testing etc.
