Designation - SAP Master Data Management
Responsibilities:
Ensuring process documents and Work Instructions for Master Data service related to Customer and Vendor Master
Full understanding on landscape of Business Partners set up in Master Data Management.
Maintaining reduction trend in no. of defects and ensuring to meet target as set by SMEs and Data Governance Team
Participating in continuous improvement areas
Design Thinking Initiatives, Incident Process, Kaizens on Daily Management System and problem solving techniques
Ability to support all stages of a Master Data implementation project
Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
A record of taking initiative (self-starter),driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
Well-rounded understanding of business, partner and project management practices
Ability to work effectively as part of a global team coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to solve functional and technical obstacles with customers under the direction of the Project Manager (PM)
Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
Support in escalated projects
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
Detailed planning of process implementation
Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
Develop and Assure quality of process models
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business,
Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance
Perform mass updates,
Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions,
Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues,
Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems,
Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed,
Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.
Requirements:
Knowledge on SAP ECC system and a good understanding on the Tables and fields involved with respective domain.
Prior experience on SAP Customer and Vendor Master Data Management and its output in terms of driving all data services tickets and providing Level 1/2 Support
