Job Description :

a) Atleast 5 years of experience with 2 E2E implementation and 2 support projects

b) Handling & coordinating with SD Business Lead for all ongoing issues, new changes , processes

c) Handling tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in the ITSM tool.

d) Uploading of master data templates for various object like material master, vendor master, Info-records as per the standard template provided through BDC already created.

e) Creation and configuration of organization structure of material management and relevant configuration like Plant, Purchase organization, material groups, purchasing groups, Pricing Procedure etc. as per business requirement

f) Configuration of release procedure for purchasing document like Purchase requisition and purchase order.

g) Preparation of testing document and internal testing whatever configure, enhancement done in the system ( Standard and Z)

h) Interaction with client through net meetings, calls & emails. Handling Tickets & Tasks ticket portal-ZSOLMAN and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

i) Responsible for troubleshooting the ITSM issues in the system and providing support related to MM and P2P process all. And also preparing test cases, test scenarios and solution documents for the issues.

j) Analysis and resolution of Change Requests and writing functional specifications for them, Preparing test data for testing CRs (Change Requests) whatever changes done in Standard report through BAPI or Z-Report with ABAP team

k) Interaction with other modules consultants onsite and offshore for Integration testing with other module like PP, SD, QM and FI/CO.

l) Responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users with ABAP team if require m) Gathering of all Z related transaction and report used for smooth operation and supporting or for any further changes if required
