SFS Group as owner of IndoSchottle and located in Switzerland is going to set up their IT hub for APAC region in

Pune. This new organization will take full responsibility for IT operations of our locations in India, China,

Singapore and Malaysia and closely work with the IT organization in Heerbrugg/Switzerland.

IT has always been a core competence of the SFS Group and Corporate IT acts as a full service provider for

endpoint infrastructure, network, security, data center operation as well as for SAP. Our application landscape is

strongly based on SAP (ERP, PI/PO, BW, GTS, HCM, EWM) for about 3000 users which will grow within the next

years to about 4000 users.

Part of the first phase is to enlarge our SAP SD, MM/WM, PP/QM team with colleagues, located in Pune.

Therefore we seek

1 SAP MM/WM Modul Responsible (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

 Analyse, design, test and implementation of new or changed business processes, considering the existing

environment and the SFS SAP process landscape

 The individual should be able to configure/customize the following:

 Organisational Structures: set up locations, storage locations, purchasing organizations

 Purchasing, Planing, Inventory Management, Info records, Source Lists, Conditions (Prices)

 MM Document types: Quotation, Purchase Order

 Material and Vendor Master Data

 Define specifications for development

 Analyse upcoming incidents and solve the problems

 Implementation of SAP at IndoSchottle and in future be a member of the SAP rollout team

 Support the Key User and User in India and soon in the hole APAC area

 Travelling in the Asia area depending of the SAP rollout projects up to 60%

 Close collaboration with corporate Group IT SAP Competence Centre in Switzerland

Your Profile

 Experience in MM process and customizing in an international industrial environment for about 3-5 years

 Ability to define development instruction for the developer

 Adhere to defined standards and restrictions

 Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment

 Effective interpersonal skills

 Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
