Full Time Contract Role for approx. 1 yr

Essential Functions Of The Job

3-5 Years of Implementation experience in SAP Projects.
Primarily will be responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end users, should be able to diagnose, analyse and solve the issue, will be responsible for any enhancements if required within support scope, should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits. Will be responsible for configuration changes to resolve issues. Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training.
Will be required to work in shifts to match different time zones client is situated.
Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration in PP/QM area.
Should have experience preparing data migration template for PP/QM process areas.
Should have experience in data extract, cleansing and uploading the data.
Should have good experience in working with development/technical team.
Should have worked on Enhancements/ rollout / Implementation in customer projects.
Should have knowledge and experience across all SAP modules.
Good knowledge on Integrated processes with all modules.
Should have worked on 3rd party Interface & Good Knowledge on IDOC.
