  • Having 5 to 10 Years of experience
  • Education : B.Sc,B.Tech/B.E,BCA,M.Sc,M.Tech,MCA
  • Location : Noida,Pune

Job Description :

  • Working knowledge in SRM Technical/ABAP Technical
  • Working knowledge in SRM Functional
  • Working knowledge of:
  • SRM architectural knowledge
  • Workflows
  • SRM-MM integration
  • SRM-ERP integration
  • Account determination
  • SRM/MM authorization, User and Role admin
  • Org.Level Set up
  • Knowledge of Support Processes
  • Testing & Documentation
  • Upgrade including SPAU & SPDD
  • Client interaction exposure
  • Knowledge of AMS Processes and SLA
  • Good attitude and quick responsiveness
  • Flexible and Ready to work in shifts(especially UK shifts)
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication
