Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scanning Officer. The Scanning Officer will be responsible for day-to-day scanning tasks and document management. This includes scanning, organizing, and digitizing documents, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling of scanned files, maintaining document quality, and assisting with document retrieval when needed.

Experience in document scanning and management
Knowledge of scanning equipment and software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Prior experience in the banking or legal industry is a plus
