Fresher 
15,000 - 18,000 Per Month This is a short-term/temporary role for Scanning Data Services, You will be responsible for fast and accurate data entry, data scanning, data assistance and image/scanned page on rotational. This is an on-site role located in Vellore TamilNadu. Training and technical support will be provided. Salary is based on monthly scanning count (* We are looking for those who can attend duty regularly)
• Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation
procedure.
• Scanning of documents on high speed scanning stations and image capture via
camera of physical cherished documents (e.g. passports/birth certificates).
• Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the
Network Storage System.
• Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
• The physical retrieval of hardcopy files from the onsite storage location.
• The physical return of hardcopy files to allocated shelf in the onsite storage
location.
• Highlight any issues to the Team Leader (Archives) and Operations Manager
(Mail, Archives, Print & Repro)
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures where
applicable.
