5. Developing a public health informatics platform in India for a systems view of health & diseases under epidemiology data analytics (EDA) of interdisciplinary cyber physical systems (ICPS) programme

Research Associate – I

No. of Post  :  01

Qualifications :  a) Ph.D with M.Sc/M.Pharm/MS in Medicinal Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Natural Products Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry Or i) M.Pharm/ MS/ Msc in Pharmaceutical Analysis/ Medicinal Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Natural Products Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis ii) 3 yrs research experience iii)1 research paper in SCI indexed journal

Desirable :  Expertise in synthesizing API knowledge in various organic reactions, natural product isolation with basic knowledge of biology and at least two publications in SCI Indexed Journal as a first author.

Emoluments :  Rs.47,000/-p.m. with 16% HRA

Research Associate - I

Qualifications :  a) Ph.D with M.Pharm/ MS/ M.Tech in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmaceutical Technology/ Bioscience and Bioengineering or i) M.Pharm/ MS/ M.Tech in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmaceutical Technology/ Bioscience and Bioengineering ii) 3 yrs research experience iii) 1 research paper in SCI indexed journal

Desirable :  Expertise in formulation development (conventional as well as advanced delivery systems) and analytical techniques such as HPLC/ LCMS/GCMS with at least two publications in SCI Indexed Journal as a first author. Candidates with industrial experience is highly desirable.

Senior Research Fellow

Qualifications :  PhD in Life Sciences/Natural products or Allied Areas from a reputed institute with minimum of 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, business development/ alliance integration/ strategy planning in a services organization or first class in Post-graduation in any life sciences/pharmaceutical sciences/chemical sciences with minimum of 8 years’ experience in entrepreneurship development, business development/ alliance integration/ strategy planning in a services organization

Desirable :  Experience in partnering with other organizations, NGOs, governmental agencies on collaborative projects at a leadership level with a demonstrated capacity to define objectives and deliverables that enable effective monitoring and evaluation ofresults.  Proven success working effectively across traditional disciplinary boundaries in a highly collaborative manner.  Understanding and experience in activities related to supporting the Startup and Entrepreneurial ecosystem.  Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and senior policy makers. Experience and evidence of implementing program on innovation right from theconception, design, review and management of strategies, initiatives and programs.  Position requires the ability to critically identify and evaluate potential partners, the ability and capacity, to decide on and between strategic approaches and tactics by which to achieve desired goals and impact. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a broad and diverseaudience.
