INSTALLATION TRAINING, VALIDATION & DOCUMENTATION.
Perform installation training followed by assay validation in stipulated period as per recommended procedure once engineering installation is completed. Ensure that customer training on the instrument is in adherence with the defined protocols to enhance the phone fix rate in post sales period .Gain customer confidence ensuring smooth operation of instrument. Ensure appropriate assay validation and documentation. Its, & required calibrators & Quality control materials to have faster & smooth installation.
• DELIVER SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT IN ADHERENCE TO DEFINED PROCESSES
Resolving customers Scientific and technical issues escalated by the CR team. Demonstrating ownership, drive customer satisfaction in these calls. Ensures close coordination with the Service team for timely closure of escalated calls. Adhere to the defined Scientific Support KPI's. Ensure necessary documentation on time in EBART.
• CUSTOMER RELATION & METHOD PENETRATION
Focus on the top customers as defined by the region in order to develop a professional relationship and become the ambassadors of Siemens technology and assays at these top sites. Drive method penetration in coordination with the Customer Relationship team to generate incremental assay sales.
• MEDICAL & TECHNICAL EDUCATION
As local regional champions, deliver customer education workshops so as to showcase our technology.
• PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
Assist Sales team by delivering a professional product demonstration. Showcasing Siemens technology for the benefit of the customer.
