Job Description

No. NICED/PC/01/NRAMRB/2021-22/348

The following posts are to be filled up on purely temporary basis under the ad-hoc research project entitled "National Repository of Antimicrobial Resistant Bacteria (NRAMRB): a facility under the "AMR Hub" for addressing AMR research across India" funded by ICMR as extramural grant under Dr. Shanta Dutta, Director and P.I. of the project.

1. Name of the Post: Scientist B (Non-Medical)

2. No. of Vacancies: 01

3. Essential: ISt class Master's degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with 2 years experience in bacteriology Or 2nd class Master's degree with Ph.D. in relevant field from a recognized University Or BDS/B.V.Sc. degree with one year experience in bacteriology.

4. Desirable: Adequate bacteriological laboratory experience in recognized organization.

5. Monthly Salary: Rs. 54,300/-

Age Limit:
Not exceeding 35 years

The unique feature of this Institute is that it conducts basic research and applied clinical and epidemiological research on diarrhoeal diseases under the same roof.
