minimum 55% marks and Ph.D degree. 2. One year Post-Doctoral research
experience and good research contribution in the areas of Astronomy/
Astrophysics/ Atmospheric Science. 3. Preference will be given to candidates
who is having experience in Observations/ Instrumentation.

PB-3, Rs. 15,600- 39,100 + GP Rs. 6600/- Level 11 of Pay Matrix as per
7th CPC

Information Scientist

Qualification : 1. Master of Library & Information
Science from a recognized University with 55% marks with consistently good
academic records. 2. Experience in the field of Library & Information
Science, preferably in a Library in a scientific/research organization for 2
years with grade pay of Rs. 4800/- or 3 years with grade pay of Rs. 4600/-.

Mathematics as compulsory subjects and 03 years post qualification experience
in scientific institute/laboratory.

2400/- Level 4 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC

Driver ‘B’

Qualification : 1. Matriculation from a recognized board. 2.
Possession of valid driving licence for motor cars and heavy vehicles. 3.
Knowledge of motor mechanics. (The candidate should be able to remove minor
defects in vehicle). 4. Experience of driving a motor cars and heavy vehicles
for atleast 3 years in hilly area. 5. Subject to passing trade test.
Desirable : 3 Year
experience as Home Guard/Civil Volunteers.
