Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Experience in quote creation, order booking and Return Material Authorization with fair understanding of Reverse Logistics
  • Track any deviations from defined process (e.g. approval processes) and use appropriate escalation channels as defined in the guidelines
  • Understand policies and regulatory framework wherever necessary
  • Monitor and track that the SLAs are met/exceeded
  • Prepare daily MIS reports
  • Maintain quality, accuracy & TAT per SLA
